Suspect #1: Dee Ann Carll, 63 year old female, Vallejo resident
Incident Summary:
On November 2, 2018 at approximately 5:47 PM, several citizens called to report a vehicle collision in the parking lot of Palms Grill located at 100 South McDowell Blvd. Officers arrived on scene and contacted Dee Ann Carll in the driver seat of her vehicle. Carll was unable to explain how she struck and came to rest on top of a planter box located in the restaurants parking lot.
Carll appeared to be exhibiting symptoms consistent with being under the influence of alcohol. Carll was unable to stand or perform any Field Sobriety Tests due to her level of intoxication. Based on Carll’s objective symptoms of impairment she was placed under arrest for a violation of 23152(b) VC, DUI. Carll later registered a 0.33 BAC.
Carll was transported to Petaluma Valley Hospital and admitted based on her level of intoxication.
