EPD investigating homicide in the 600 block of E Missouri 
Evansville Police are investigating a homicide in the 600 block of E Missouri. Police were called to alley behind 631 E Missouri just before 7:00am on Tuesday for a report of a person laying on the ground.
Officers arrived and found a man who was deceased. Initial observations led officers to believe the man had been shot. An official identification of the victim has not been made.
No suspect information is known at this time. Police are asking anyone who was in the area of this incident Monday evening or early Tuesday morning and saw or heard anything unusual to call EPD at 812-436-7979 or WeTip at 1-800-78-CRIME.
