On November 9th, 2018, the Rutherfod County Narcotics Division along with the Rutherford County Special Emergency Response Team and Criminal Investigation Division executed search warrant at 1175 1st Street Forest City, N.C.
This search warrant was developed after weeks of investigating Travis Ledford for firearms violations at the residence.
Ledford is a known convicted felon.
The Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division received several complaints of Ledford firing weapons at the residence.
During the execution of the search warrant approximately one .380 caliber Rugar pistol, 173 grams of Methamphetamine, marijuana, hydrocodone pills and other various narcotics and paraphernalia was found throughout the residence.
Ledford was arrested and transported to the Rutherfod County Detention Center were he received a $95,000.00 secured bond.
