The National Weather Service in San Francisco has declared a Red Flag Warning that will go into effect at 10:00 PM on November 10 (Saturday) and will continue to at least 4:00 pm November 11 (Sunday) due to predicted northerly winds and low humidity. The Red Flag is for the East Bay Hills including Kensington ridge tops. Winds are predicted to be 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 - 45 mph and 50 - 60 mph at the higher elevations. Humidity is predicted to be as low as 9% into the high teens with little or no recovery during the evening.
