SUMMARY:
On November 10, 2018, at approximately 12:22 a.m. the victim was assaulted by two suspects. The suspects punched and kicked the victim in the face and head area while he was on the ground. The victim suffered major head injuries and was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment.
Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Twin Peaks Station, responded to investigate the assault. Witness' at the scene described one of the suspects as Jacob Velasquez, and the other suspect as an unknown Hispanic Male adult with facial tattoos.
Both suspects fled the scene prior to the deputies arrival. The suspects were last seen driving a white full-size van heading south on Bear Springs Road towards Highway 18.
