GBPD and CH Robinson hosting “Serving Those Who Served”

The Green Bay Police Department and CH Robinson are hosting the 2nd annual “Serving Those Who Served.” On Monday, November 12th at 11:30 AM-1:00 PM, we will be serving veterans at Vets Manor at 2900 St. Anthony Dr to say, “Thank you,” and to spend some time listening to their life stories, experiences, and their service stories.
Serving this group of veterans lunch on Veterans Day is only a small portion of the amount of gratitude that we have for those who have sacrificed and served our country. We want all veterans to know that we care about them and we appreciate their service to our wonderful country. Words, nor lunch, will never be enough to honor all of the veterans that served and pledged to protect our freedom and gave the ultimate sacrifice. Today, we want to show our gratitude to serve them, for serving us.

For the 2nd year, CH Robinson has partnered with the Green Bay Police Department to sponsor lunch and more importantly, help us serve the residents of Veterans Manor. All media is welcome to attend. Staff from CH Robinson and Capt. Warych will be on scene to provide comment.
