* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations of up to an inch, with possibly 1 to 3 inches
along and north of U.S. 60. Ice accumulations of up to one third
of an inch expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest and west
central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 PM EST Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages and tree damage are possible
due to the ice. Travel will be slick, especially secondary roads.
The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
