The City of Roswell experienced a water outage on Thursday, November 15, 2018 due to a 6” main break on Willeo Road. We apologize for the inconvenience. Staff worked diligently overnight and into Thursday morning to repair the break and restore water service to the approximate 300 affected water customers.
If you live in the Willeo Road area and your water appears to have a brown tint to it, please run the water in the bathtub or outside water spigot for several minutes. This will help clean the water lines. If the condition persists, please contact the Water Utility Division at 770-641-3707.
Water lines are impacted by weather changes resulting in leaks, breaks and water outages. The City of Roswell Water Utility Division is committed to quick response times and minimal impact and inconvenience during these incidents.
