On November 17, 2018, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Salvador Figueroa's relative noticed he was missing from their residence located in the 2300 block of Fernview St. Salvador has a history of a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Epilepsy. He is capable of identifying himself but is not capable of finding his way home.
