Frank is a lifelong resident of the City of Corcoran and graduated from Corcoran High School. Growing up through his teenage years Frank served as an Explorer with the Corcoran Police Department Explorer Program. Frank has long had a calling to public service and has served his community as a volunteer firefighter with the Kings County Fire Department and Emergency Medical Technician. Frank began attending the Tulare-Kings Police Academy in January 2018 and graduated from the program on November 8, 2018. During the graduation ceremony Frank was presented with the “Outstanding Scenario Performance” award, where he was recognized for receiving a grade of 100% on all of the practical scenarios throughout the academy. Frank is honored to be a part of Corcoran Police Department and eager to serve his community and all of the residents of the City of Corcoran.
