Fruitport Police have been investigating the assault of an adult female which occurred in the area of Jensen Rd. and Cloverville Rd.

On 11/01/2018, The woman reported that she walked outside of her home to get the mail, when a small gold colored vehicle (possibly a Toyota Camry) pulled into her driveway. The driver of the vehicle got out and chased after her and physically assaulted her. The woman was able to get away from, the subject, and flee back into her house.

The subject was described by the victim as a white male approximately 6’3” – 6’ 4” tall and weighing approximately 225 pounds. He was said to be wearing all black clothing with Brown colored work boots, a ski mask and gloves.
