As of Wednesday, November 21, at 8:00 AM, the following is current status of road access throughout the City of Malibu:

- PCH is open through all of Malibu in both directions
- Malibu Cyn Rd is open in both directions between PCH and the 101 Freeway
- Mulholland Hwy (at Leo Carillo State Beach) is closed at PCH
- Decker Rd (CA Hwy 23) is closed
- Encinal Cyn Rd is closed at PCH
- Kanan Dume Rd is open from PCH to the Malibu city limit - closed north of city limit
- Latigo Cyn Rd - soft closure at PCH - open to residents only with proper ID; hard closure at Latigo Bay
- Corral Cyn Rd - soft closure at PCH - open to residents only with proper ID; hard closure at Seabreeze Dr
- Solstice Cyn Rd is closed at Corral Cyn Rd

<b>Proper ID for Entry at Soft Closures</b>
Residents who live in areas where a soft closure is in place must show photo I.D. and proof of residency at the Malibu address in order to be granted entry.

Residents who wish to return to their homes in the area where the mandatory evacuation order has been lifted will be required to show identification as proof of residency. A drivers license or State ID with the name, address, and photo is sufficient for entry.

If the drivers license does not show the Malibu residence address, additional documentation will be required. The following documentation issued in the resident's name and Malibu address, along with the drivers license or State ID, should be presented:

-- Utility bill (SCE, SoCal Gas, telephone)
-- Rental agreement
