Lower Encinal Cyn neighborhood repopulated 
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept announced the repopulation of the Lower
Encinal Cyn neighborhood on Wednesday, November 21, at 10:00 AM. The following boundaries within the neighborhood are now open:
-- North of PCH
-- South of Avenida De La Encinal
-- East of Calle De La Burrita
-- West of Via Vienta
Exceptions: There will be a road closure northbound on Encinal Cyn Rd just beyond Via Vienta.
