...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 6 PM CST SUNDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations of 3 to 5 inches expected. Winds gusting as high
as 45 mph causing near blizzard conditions.
* WHERE...Nemaha and Brown Counties.
* WHEN...The peak of the storm is forecast to be from 5 am through
noon on Sunday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on snow covered roads and dangerous
driving conditions. Blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility.
