A strong winter storm will bring widespread snow to eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa tonight and Sunday morning. The heaviest snows are expected in southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa where 4 to 7 inches of snow could fall, with lesser amounts as you head into northeast Nebraska and west central Iowa. The snow combined with north winds gusting to 40 mph will create whiteout conditions for Sunday morning.
