All highways in Clay County are impassible and are closed due to impassable conditions. Local law enforcement officers have been working slide offs in near zero visibility.
KDOT, city and county crews will not begin clearing roads until the storm moves through due to wind conditions.
When snow stops, please remain indoors and do not try to travel. Wind throughout the day will keep travel hazardous and road conditions dangerous.
