###SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT National Weather Service ANCHORAGE AK 356 PM AKST Sun Nov 25 2018 ...Areas of rain likely through Monday Morning for Anchorage and the Matanuska Valley... Rain (with spotty areas of freezing rain in prone cold valleys) will be likely at times through Monday morning/early afternoon from Anchorage northward to Eagle River and the Matanuska Valley. Temperatures will generally be above 32 degrees, but with ice and snow on untreated cold surfaces, rain falling on top of this could result in hazardous travel (especially on less traveled neighborhood roads).
