Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 7:30am until 4:00pm West Avenue will be closed between Kerstetter Way and Broad St. in the southbound direction. (both lanes). Traffic will be detoured to Chestnut St.

NOTE: Trucks cannot pass under RR bridge on Chesnutt St due to height restriction. Trucks will be flagged thru work zone closure by Water Distribution
