Due to downed power lines in the area, the Randall Rd. bridge over I-88 remains closed (between Orchard Gateway Blvd. in North Aurora and Sequoia Dr. in Aurora.) ComEd is working to rectify the problem.
In the meantime, drivers should find an alternate north-south route, such as Orchard Rd., Rt. 31, or Rt. 25, and allow extra time for their commute this morning.
