To all who received bad fuel from the Shell Gas Station at 74 Princeton Hightstown Rd on November 27, 2018. Our officers were on scene with representatives from the State Weights & Measures and have documented the incident.
While the incident is not criminal, we did respond and document the problem. I have attached a copy of the CAD Entry (No Criminal Investigation Report) as well as the Case # 2018-30628, in the event it is needed for your insurance reports.

I have been in contact with the Mayor, the Business Administrator and the Attorney General in this matter. I hope this information helps.
