#LASD Century Station Detectives are Asking for Your Help Locating At Risk Missing Person Elmer “Popeye” Wilburn
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Century Station detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating At Risk Missing Person Elmer “Popeye” Wilburn. He is an 84 year-old male Black who was last seen when he walked away from his home on the 1100 block of East 59th Place, Los Angeles, Sunday, December 2, 2018, at approximately, 12:40 a.m.
Mr. Wilburn is described as 5’09” tall, 140lbs, short gray hair, gray goatee, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, red/white stripe shirt, black pants with red/white stripes and black shoes.
He suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and has not been seen or heard from. His family is very concerned and asking for the public’s help in located him.
