Brooklyn Man Sentenced to 87 Months on Firearm and Drug Convictions 
Emmanuel Philippe, who was arrested by Saratoga Springs Police Officers during a traffic stop in March, was sentenced today to 87 months in prison for possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, possessing a firearm and ammunition as a felon, and possessing and intending to distribute crack cocaine.
