On Wednesday morning, December 5, 2018 at 10:26 AM, the West Covina Police Department received a call from a passerby who saw what appeared to be a body lying in the small field area by the bushes next to the freeway in the area of the 3200 block of E. Holt Avenue, West Covina.
Officers responded to the location and found a male who was deceased. The victim did not have any identification on him and remains unidentified. The body was already in a state of decomposition making it difficult to determine any further details about the victim’s description. The cause of death is unknown. The Coroner’s Office responded to remove the body pending further investigation.
