Roads in Broad River have not been treated, most not scrapped and are dangerous 
NC 9 has been partially scrapped however has NOT been treated and is icy. No side roads have been scrapped and some have snow drifts in excess of 20” likely preventing our trucks with chains from driving on. Anyone out driving should carry blankets, water, etc and prepare to remain in a ditch for extended periods awaiting a wrecker.
