Deputies arrest Larry Dellivener of Barstow for burglary and resisting a peace officer

SUSPECT: Dellivener, Larry; 50 years old, of Barstow
SUMMARY:
On December 12, 2018, a resident in the 36000 block of Soapmine Road in Barstow called 9-1-1 after a burglary alarm was activated on the detached garage. Deputy David Johnson arrived at the scene at approximately 2:06 A.M. and found Larry Dellivener exiting the garage through a damaged door. The suspect refused to comply with Deputy Johnson’s commands and fled the property on foot.
Dellivener was quickly apprehended and taken into custody for burglary as well as resisting a peace officer.
