There was a new traffic pattern installed at E. River Street & Clark Street & Park Place. This intersection has been changed to an All-Way stop condition, effective Friday, December 14, 2018. Northbound E. River Street from Broad Street was a thru street at the 3-way stop at E. River & Clark & Park Place. The E. River Street overhead flashing lights were changed to red and a flashing red LED Stop Sign was installed. New Traffic Pattern signs have been installed at the approach of this intersection.
Old habits are hard to change so all drivers are asked to use caution when driving thru this intersection.
