Individuals or families within the City of Houston who sustained damage to their homes or essential property, or who experienced transportation losses from the November 30, 2018, 7.0 Point Mackenzie Earthquake should apply for the State Individual Disaster Assistance as soon as possible. The deadline to apply for individual assistance is Tuesday, January 29th, 2019. You can apply by going to ready.alaska.gov If you have any questions regarding the application process please call 1-855-445-7131.  Applicants needing an interpreter can have a representative call 1-855-445-7131. Applicants with hearing disabilites can call TTY 1-855-445-7131. When you call or apply online please provide the following information: -Description of damages and/or losses -Damaged Property Address -Insurance Information -Personal Identification Information State Individual Assistance Damage Verifiers must have access to damaged property and/or photos, documents, and other proof of damage.
