The City of Sleepy Eye in declaring a snow emergency for this evening (12/27/2018) starting at 10 PM. 
Residence in the downtown area have until Midnight to remove their vehicle(s) from the streets in that area. The remainder of the residence outside the downtown area have 24 hours to move to a clean area also allowing room for a plow to clean that area. If not, vehicles are subject to ticketing and/or towing.
