Pepper Spraying Incident 
On, 12/24/2018 at approximately 3:15 a.m., two females reported having pepper spray discharged into the vehicle they were sitting in at the 8800 block of Turkey Ridge Road. The actor is described as being a male wearing a black ski mask with a skull printed on the ski mask.
