Who's trash is this anyway? Someone's been dumping garbage and the NYS DEC needs your help to find out who! 
The Whitehall Police Department is assisting the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Police with an illegal dumping investigation on East Bay Road in Whitehall in which a large amount of trash was found discarded along the roadway earlier this morning (Sunday, December 30, 2018).
If you have any information in regards to the owners of the trash or observed anyone around the area potentially discarding / dumping the debris, please contact:
