* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 20 inches, with locally higher amounts.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Monday to 5 PM MST Tuesday. Heaviest snowfall is expected Monday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will become very difficult to impossible, especially along highway 550 from Red Mountain Pass south and Highway 145 over Lizard Head Pass. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commute, with road closures expected. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below
zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
