* WHERE...Concho Valley, Heartland, Northwest Hill Country and Northern Edwards Plateau counties.
* WHEN...Freezing rain or drizzle likely beginning after midnight Tuesday night and continuing through late Wednesday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice will make for hazardous driving conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses.
