The City of Sleepy Eye is declaring a snow emergency for this evening (01/01/2019) starting at 10 PM. 
Vehicles in the downtown area will have until 12 AM (midnight) to have their vehicle(s) moved to off street parking. Vehicles parked outside the downtown area have 24 hours to move to a clean area and allowing room to be cleaned.
