The Santa Barbara Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating an 11-year-old missing juvenile, Joey Meraz.
Meraz is approximately 5’2, 85 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
Meraz is known to frequent Orpet Park, Mackenzie Park and the downtown area/State Street.
