On January 6, 2019 at approximately 6:12 p.m., police officers responded to a residence located on Redbud Circle (Noblesville) in reference to a report of an alleged incident of child molest. Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and began to investigate.

As a result of the on-going investigation, the following individual was arrested and preliminarily charged with the following:

Residence: Noblesville, IN
Age: 31
Charge(s)*: Child Molest - I.C. 35-42-4-3(a)(1) - 2 counts
Level 1 Felony
Child Molest – I.C. 35-42-4-3 (b) - 1 count
Level 4 Felony

*A charge is merely an accusation and the defendant(s) is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
