PCH eastbound right lane closed near Pena Creek/Topanga, Thur, 1/10, 10AM-3PM - Caltrans storm drain cleaning 
Caltrans will close the eastbound right lane on PCH just south of Pena Creek (near Topanga Cyn) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Thursday, January 10, for crews working to clean storm drains. The left eastbound lane will remain open.
Motorists should expect delays and allow extra time or use alternate routes.
