On Monday, January 7, 2019, at approximately 9:41 PM, Milpitas Police officers responded to a report of a shooting on the 500-Blk Easter Avenue. Officers arrived on scene and the investigation revealed that an unknown suspect shot into an occupied residence. No one was injured during this incident. The motivation has not yet been determined and this remains an ongoing investigation.
