Per National Weather Service...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph late this afternoon and tonight.
Snow may mix with rain and sleet this afternoon before
transitioning back to snow by mid evening.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast New Jersey and coastal Sussex
County in Delaware.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibility, and use caution while driving.

Special Weather Statement:
As of the 10 AM Hour on Sunday - A band of locally heavy snow is moving through southern New
Jersey this morning. Brief reductions in visibility to around a
mile or less is occurring in these heavier snow bands. Conditions
can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Slow down
and allow extra time when traveling as roads may be slick or snow
covered.
Local Statement - Borough road department is actively attempting to maintain the major arteries in town and will also be clearing the secondary roadways later in the day when we get a "lull" in the storm.
