Where to Take the Fallen Tree Limbs David Seba of Seba Farm has graciously agreed to let residents of the City of Cleveland dump tree limbs and brush (ONLY) from the recent storm up on the hill by the old silo off Y Highway. By the end of next week, weather permitting, an area will be marked off with T-posts and caution tape designating the drop off area. Brush dumping period will be starting January 25, 2019 and ending after the burn pile has been burned and cleaned.
