Suspicious Person / Vehicle 
We took a report today that a male driving a red Ford Focus approached a 16 year-old female who was on foot near 7 Mile and Kinloch. This occurred around 2:00pm.
The driver is described as a white male with curly hair and a goatee in his 30's.
The vehicle is described as an older red Ford Focus with front passenger side damage and a license plate including DVU.
The subject pulled alongside the female, said "come here," and tried to converse with her from his vehicle. He never got out. When the female ran away he drove away from the area.
