Due to this afternoon's heavy rains and the uncertainty of tonight's snow level and forecast, we expect the Avalanche Hazard to be High and we advise residents to avoid avalanche hazard zones. If your home is located in an avalanche hazard zone, you should consider evacuating to an area of safety. Anticipate being out of your home for 36 to 48 hours.
