WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 10 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, and ice accumulations of around
one tenth of an inch expected.

* WHERE...In Virginia, Alleghany VA, Bath and Rockbridge Counties.
In West Virginia, Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Friday. The
precipitation is expected to begin as snow during the afternoon
then mix with or change to sleet and freezing rain this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact travel during the evening
commute.
