URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE from National Weather Service Topeka KS

* WHAT...Freezing drizzle will develop through the mid morning
  hours of Friday, then change to snow during the afternoon hours.
  Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected. Winds
  gusting as high as 35 mph will cause considerable blowing and
  drifting of the snow.
* WHERE...Nemaha, Brown, Pottawatomie and Jackson Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 AM Friday to noon CST Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy 
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
