* WHAT...Light to moderate snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of 1 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze
expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and
central, northwest and west central Missouri.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy
blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
