* EVENT...Winds behind a cold front will be 20 to 30 mph sustained with gusts to 40 mph.
* TIMING...Mainly during day but extending into the evening downwind of the bays.
* IMPACT...Loose objects by get blown over. High profile vehicles may have some difficulty staying in lane.
