Full Notification

State Routes 121, 136, & 10 have been deemed impassable outside the city of Lincoln. All rural roads in the county are also deemed impassable with 3 to 5 foot drifts being reported.  Some streets in Lincoln have been reported to be ice covered and very slick.  Overnight temperatures will be in the single digits with the wind chill well below zero.  Please stay off the roads if at all possible.  Thank You!
