The City of Southgate has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY. All vehicles parked in marked areas, must be moved immediately. 
Due to the Winter Storm Warning that is in progress, the Mayor has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY for the city. All vehicles that are parked on the street where SNOW EMERGENCY signs are posted, must move their vehicles immediately! The SNOW EMERGENCY will be in effect until the storm has passed.
Instructions:
Move vehicles from the street that are parked in SNOW EMERGENCY areas.
