* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Mixed precipitation expected. Wind chills as low as 10 below early this morning. Total snow accumulations of less than one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze to a tenth of an inch expected this evening. Precipitation will change to rain around or shortly after midnight.
* WHERE...Lucas and Wood counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 1 AM EST Wednesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 9 AM EST this morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken early this morning. Plan on slippery road conditions this evening.
