A Snow Emergency has been declared for Portage.

Snow Emergency Information:
When Snow emergency is declared, the information is released to all media outlets including and not exclusive to:
Channel 3,15,27 and 47, Charter channels 5,7,8 and 9
Radio channel’s 100.1FM, 95.9FM and 1350AM

Snow Ordinance Requirements:
When a snow emergency is declared, all vehicles need to be moved off of the street for 48 hours unless the declaration is cancelled before hand. Vehicles can be moved to any public parking lot, onto the boulevard or on the grass. If vehicle is not moved, it will be ticketed. If after another 24 hours the vehicle is not moved, the vehicle will be towed.
