On 1/24/2018, at about 1200 hours, 80 year old Louis “Mike” Fowler walked away from his residence, located at 1325 Pacific Highway #3203, headed in an unknown direction. Fowler suffers from Dementia and Parkinson’s disease. Fowler should be wearing a satchel that administers medication directly to his stomach. Fowler also uses a walker with a built in seat to get around. Fowler is known to frequent trolley stops and sometimes takes taxis.
